                              RESOLUTION NO. 21384
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE 
                 INSTALLATION OF THE STONE DRAINAGE LAYER, PHASE
                 II AREA, SUMMIT LANDFILL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                 EXCEED THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY
                 DOLLARS ($3,280.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
for
       engineering services relative to the installation of the 
remaining
       stone drainage layer, Phase II Area, Summit Landfill, for an
       amount not to exceed $3,280.00.
